The front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was well served with a lot of delicious options including customized items. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Definitely will be coming back to this location in the future.

You need a tram to go to the center. But the walking from the tram station to the hotel door was absolutely safe. The use of the spa was stunning! Rich breakfast with local products. Very comfortable beds.Highlight our Saturday night in the restaurant of the hotel ( Halic) which made our night. Very good food and the musicians excellent. Very original music night with locals, not touristic at all.

The massage was a llitle bit strong and the peeling with the salt in the turkish bath seemed a little aggressive. But I still enjoyed it.

the room I got this time was right below the main restaurant. I found party noise disruptive until midnight.

It’s very close to bazaar by 10 minutes walking, staff very friendly and helpful , specially MYKHAILO he surprised us with anniversary cake at our room and invited us free coffee in the first entry at the hotel. 2 girls at the spa they’re very welcoming

Staff was extremely attentive at meals. The front desk and staff were very attentive and helpful whenever I had a room request. the staff helped to order taxis and shuttles. Food for Gate 1 diner and breakfast was 10 out of 10!

The rooms were extremely COLD when we got there. It would have been nice if they had been warmed up. Both with our Gate 1 tour and when booking my own stay.

Location – the hotel is located near a tram stop and close to the city center in the Fatih district. Comfortable bed, good amenities, everything works properly, responsive staff.

The biggest drawback is the lack of sound insulation. The windows were not airtight and let in noise; the music from a nearby restaurant was audible. While the restaurant music only plays until 12 AM on Friday and Saturday, and this can be tolerated, and otherwise it's usually a fairly quiet place outside. The sound insulation with the neighboring room is practically nonexistent. I could clearly hear my neighbor talking on a internet call in Spanish at 4 AM and if I knew the language, I could have joined the conversation. If you don't hear anything during your stay, you're lucky with your neighbors.

Some of the breakfast staff and the staff helping with luggage have the worst attitude and probably racist towards Arab or Saudi people.

Everything else was good but the location is very far from the downtown so it’s cost me to much with the taxis

It was good , But they cheated on me in the restaurant When the bill came to be charged, they made me pay the tip with the service that I didn't orderAnd they made it in the bill

Coffee facilities.They definitely need a good coffee machine for different choices.

The main thing is it's location which is close to the tram station.

The room service were a bit rude when I asked them to send us water bottles. It was a bit and nothing was open around the area to go buy stuff.Also, there's no restaurants, cafes around the hotel so you're forced to have the hotel breakfast. I didn't book with breakfast and when we went in the first day they charged us like more than what they usually charge for their guests which I didn't appreciate since I am staying at the hotel.

I always come to Istanbul and book this hotel and always leave happy from it this time noooooCleaning was bad bathroom floor was dirty Wifi so badddd Too much noise from street and burning smellBreakfast used to be better ( there’s an important not for the breakfast about cold cuts deli section the food tong they but people used it for ham cuts and for other cuts and on cheeses also .. we are muslims this shouldn’t be allowed and you should take care of this thing)Carpets on corridors was so dirtyAnd first floor smell was so bad I paid money for three persons they but water for two personI found a dead spider on bathroom floor i took photo of itThe room they gave us 1121 it have a big problem with electricity and hair dryer kept turning of the electricity in roomIts too slow we couldn’t charge our mobiles

Staff was amazing! Really helpful and friendly. Room was clean.

Loaction... a little far from main shops and attractions. It was difficult to start the washer/dryer since it was in Turkish.

Breakfast buffet was great. The tram and buses aren't far away. The room was clean. Overall no issues with the room. Nice staff.

Wi-Fi was good when I could connect but sometimes had trouble with getting signed in
